How to order?
1. Select your desired products from our website, and tell us your order list including product code (or ID number), size, quantity, delivery country, etc, through either e-mail or MSN or Yahoo IM.
2. We will promptly confirm the total amount of your order.
3. After the confirmation, please make the payment for your order, and provide your shipping address, post code, name & phone number.
4. We will make prompt shipment after receiving the payment, and provide the tracking number.
5. The goods will reach your door-step in about one week after shipment.

The phone number is very important for the delivery. Please don't forget to include it.
 
Are all the products in stock?
Most of the products are in ready stock.
Certain models or certain sizes may be sold out temporarily, but new stock may come again very soon.
Part of the products are on back order basis, like the watch and the dress shirt. The goods may come within 2 days after the order.
 
How long does it take to make the shipment?
We will make the shipment within 1-2 days after receiving the payment. Then it will take about one week for the goods to arrive.
 
How to get free shipping?

You will get free shipping when you meet one of the below conditions:

1. The order quantity is more than 5, and the order amount is more than USD100.00.

2. The order quantity is more than 4, and the order amount is more than USD130.00.

If you can not meet the above requirement, the shipping fee is USD18.00 per order.

 

How to get a discount?

When you order with western union or money gram, and the order amount is more than USD200.00, you will get a discount.

For other payment methods, there is no discount.

 

What is our working time?

Our working time is from Monday morning to Saturday Morning, Chinese time. We are off work on Saturday afternoon and Sunday.

When we are off work, you can still email us about your need. We will reply promptly when we see it.
